Quality of Services

Aena Brasil presents the performance results of the services offered to passengers, measured through the Quality-of-Service Indicators - IQS, defined by the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac).

The criteria evaluated include queuing times, cleanliness of the environments, internal signage at the terminals, in addition to the supply of stores and food establishments.
    
Published monthly, the Service Quality Report also presents the passengers' perception of the services provided at our airports.
