Aeroportos Nordeste do Brasil S/A (Aena Brasil) is a special purpose company, delegated to the Public Power, responsible for the execution of concession agreements nº 001/ANAC/2019 and nº 002/ANAC/2023.

The object of the contracts is the concession of public services for the expansion, maintenance and operation of the airport infrastructure of the following airports:

When assuming the operation and administration of the airports, Aena Brasil requests attention to some procedures:

Registration update and billing

Only aircraft with international registration (not registered with the RAB), regardless of the Aeronaves Group, and without legal and tax representation in Brazil, will have the cash payment method (prepaid).

Cash payment can be made via credit or debit card. Below is the list of available flags:
MasterCard;
Visa;
Elo;
Hipercard;
American Express.

If your registration is not updated, please send an email with the following information: 

A. Aircraft registration(s);
B. Operator data:
i. CNPJ / Corporate Name or CPF / Full Name;
ii. If CPF: date of birth;
iii. Complete address
iv. Email(s)
v. Phone(s)

Note: The registration update and the new data will be considered for the next billings, from the date/time of confirmation of the change by Aena Brasil.

We reiterate that it is the responsibility of the customer to update the registration. The updated data allows the receipt of Invoices and collections on time and avoids administrative problems, delays, among other adversities.

Slot Scheduling

In order to schedule the landing of Group 1 and Group 2 operations that do not have a Slot record, we request that this form be completed in our scheduling system.

In case of doubt, please seek more information with the Airport Operations Center (COA) of the airport that will carry out the operation, through the e-mails found in Contacts, in the Airport Tariff item.

Exemptions:

According to Article 5 of Anac Resolution No. 432, of June 19, 2017, “for the purpose of granting the exemption provided for in line “b” of item II of art. 7 of Law No. 6,009 of 1973, the interested party must provide the information required by the charging aerodrome in order to characterize the flight as an instruction or experience flight, according to the definitions contained in this Resolution”.

Based on the aforementioned legal text, the rule for applying exemption from the landing fee, in the case of an Instruction or Experience flight:

For the purpose of proving an instruction/experience flight and granting exemption from the landing fee, Aena Brasil requires that the Logbook be presented within 48 business hours of takeoff, through the Landing Scheduling system or sent to the Aena Brazil email address.
