Due to the complexity of air transport, you can encounter different problems arising from breach of obligations on the part of the airline or the airport managing body. First of all, it's important to know who to claim.

When you consider that there have been deficiencies in fulfilling the conditions of your contract with the airline, your complaint must be directed to the airline you have chosen. 

Cases such as flight delays, denied boarding, overbooking, flight cancellation, lost or damaged luggage, schedule changes, poor quality of service, unforeseen stopovers, etc. must be resolved with the airline itself.
